YWLC is a community of women focused on developing and empowering the next generation of women leaders.

We welcome all who fulfill the following criteria to apply:

 

  • Female Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Aged between 21 to 35 years old (inclusive) based on birth year

  • Involved in community service projects

  • Track record of leadership

  • Strong interest in YWLC programmes
