Anchored by the Recruitment subcommittee, the forum is a platform to build up young women leaders from the start of their careers.
You wouldn’t want to miss the annual FWLF which aims to equip young women as they transition from tertiary education to the workplace.
Our event usually takes place in Q1 each year, aiming to instill young girls with the confidence to find their passion, equip them with practical skills to navigate the job market and secure their desired first jobs.
We hope to be a safe platform for young girls to seek guidance during one of the most transitory periods of their life.
We are on the lookout for members and corporates who would like to share their knowledge with the next generation of young women leaders.
